It says enough that I've kept using this app for dozens of sessions. It's interesting enough to keep me engaged (pun intended) and offers flexibility in my account to assist workouts, which I've done frequently when one thing or another was too hard at first. I cycle through sessions using more weight on the easier ones.

Pretty good workouts. User experience could be improved a bit (choosing the workouts, then have to go back for no reason). But very helpful and simple
