The SYSTM FIT Export Chrome extension enhances your SYSTM workout experience by letting you download FIT files directly from workout pages. Simply use the added download button to export indoor or outdoor workout variations compatible with your cycling head unit. The extension features a blue Wahoo X icon that enables toggling open targets at workout start and end, and displays your current 4DP metrics for better performance tracking.

Users can customize their target power ranges by choosing either target +10% or fixed power zones aligned with official Wahoo SYSTM guidelines. This integration streamlines transferring your structured workouts for outdoor use, empowering cyclists and fitness enthusiasts to maintain consistent training effortlessly.
