Vivamus

Vivamus is a business application that provides mobile access to in-house inventory and sales systems. You can connect to two separate systems through a single application.

VIVAMUS INVENTORY
Manage production and warehouse operations from the field:
- Production and packaging records
- Raw material, packaging, and product inventory
- Recipe and formula viewing
- Shipment records
- User management

VIVAMUS ERP
Conduct sales and customer operations on-site:
- Order creation and tracking
- Collection record and due date management
- Return processes
- Customer and company records
- Price lists and discounts
- Sales targets and reports

SECURITY
All communication is encrypted with HTTPS. Session information is stored in the device's secure storage area (Android Keystore). Access permissions are restricted according to the user's role.

NOTE
This application is intended for in-house use. To log in, an account created by your system administrator is required. Registration cannot be done through the application.
