Security and privacy

SwiftLabs keeps your NHLS login separate from your SwiftLabs account.

Your NHLS credentials are used only to start your own authenticated TrakCare session. They are not sent to Firebase, RevenueCat or any custom backend.

If Remember Login is enabled, NHLS credentials are stored only on your device using secure storage. You can clear remembered credentials by logging out.

SwiftLabs is designed not to log or expose patient identifiers, specimen references, result values, comments, PDF files, cookies, session tokens or NHLS credentials.

SwiftLabs is not an official NHLS app. It is not endorsed by NHLS, sponsored by NHLS, operated by NHLS or affiliated with NHLS.

NHLS access still uses your own NHLS credentials. Only use SwiftLabs if you are authorised to access the relevant TrakCare information through your own legitimate account.

SwiftLabs does not bypass NHLS access controls, CAPTCHA, MFA, rate limits or authorisation boundaries.
