Sync Tab Groups keeps your Firefox tab groups in sync across every device signed in to your Firefox Account.

It uses Firefox's built-in Sync storage, so no data ever leaves your Firefox account or goes through any third-party server.

Features:

  • Share a local tab group so it becomes available on your other synced devices
  • See synced groups that are currently open or closed on this device
  • Reopen a synced group's tabs with one click
  • Close or delete synced groups you no longer need
  • Force an immediate sync instead of waiting for the browser's sync cycle

All group data (titles, tab URLs) is stored via the standard storage.sync API and follows the same encryption and sync rules as the rest of your Firefox Sync data.
