CipherLab Assistant Service

CipherLab Assistant Service is a lightweight system service that integrates with ReMoCloud to display device information and controls on the ReMoCloud dashboard. It enables remote alerts, location tracking, geofence management, and system telemetry to support device monitoring and management across enterprise fleets.

Key features include notifying devices via ringtone, dialog, toast, or standard notifications; obtaining device location and configuring geofences; and collecting system information such as storage, Wi-Fi status, and time settings. Together with ReMoCloud, this service streamlines remote monitoring, device recovery, and operational visibility for field devices.
