This is an extension that addresses some annoyances with SubscribeStar. Currently it does the following:

Changes the page title to be the value of the main heading.
Fixes links to be outbound again instead of being hijacked by SubscribeStar (on load and by clicking in either the toolbar button or the on page button).
Expands comments (on load and by clicking in either the toolbar button or the on page button).
