Subadub is handy for language learning: it adds readable subtitles you can copy, paste, and export as .srt, works alongside Netflix subs, and includes a useful S keyboard toggle. It’s actively maintained. However, it suffers from reliability issues, overlapping/subtitle placement problems, and a lack of customization (e.g., no remember-settings, movable/resizeable text). Language availability can be inconsistent, and occasional bugs require workarounds like refreshing or switching episodes.

Very handy tool. It seems to have stopped working recently though. I wasn't able to load video in netflix, turned out to be because of this add-on being enabled.
