Stutter is an open-source Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) Chrome extension designed to help you read web content faster and more efficiently. With two convenient modes, you can either speed-read the entire page with one click or select specific text anywhere—even offline or local files—and quickly start reading via right-click context menu.

The extension offers intuitive controls such as pause/resume by clicking on the flashing text, adjusting reading speed settings, and repositioning the interface.
