StoragErazor is a Firefox extension designed to boost your online privacy by automatically deleting DOM Storage (local storage) and IndexedDB data—often used as super-cookies for tracking—every time you restart your browser. It selectively removes only those IndexedDB databases created by websites, leaving addon databases untouched.

In addition to automatic cleaning upon restart, StoragErazor offers a handy browser action menu to manually erase these stored databases whenever you want. Using this was a long shot, since it's old and has few users, but I hoped it might do what I'm looking for. But no. I does not delete data stored in DOM storage or IndexedDB. Maybe the developer will see this and update it. One can only hope ....

Clearing "Cookies and Site Data" in Firefox Settings left a long list of sites with "0" in the Cookies column, but non-zero "Storage." StoragErazor erased the Storage data (local storage) for all those sites.
