Spoke to a person who said was the CEO, Seemed very interested in my business idea, gave me some numbers to work with and asked me to contact him back once the business plan was ready. Two weeks later, I contact him and it seemed like I was talking to a different person, dismissive and arrogant. Told me he would contact to arrange a meeting and never got back to me. Very unprofessional. Total time wasters.

2022-03-06	Pr*****	Staff sync is not great at all. Sometimes I don't get notified of work and I'm missing out. Went through all the problem solving and trouble shooting with person on the 0800 number and this issue is still happening! Not OK when you need to get work! Kindys are having to text me to let me know when they've published a job so I at least have the opportunity to respond...makes the app a bit pointless!

2021-10-18	Pa*****	This app usually works well. Recently there have been a few issues. The good thing about the support team is when I emailed describing the problems I was having I got a phone call and was given some things to try to stop the app freezing. Good on the team for taking the time to call. Now need so job alerts to come through to see if the problem is resolved.

2021-09-13	An*****	When I first joined all notifications had a great "magic wand sound". In the last few days I'm notified with only a silent vibration. I'm concerned that I'll miss jobs being offered. I've checked all notification settings on my phone and this is not the issue.
