Qro 9-1-1

The Qro 9-1-1 app is a technological tool that allows users to report incidents to the single emergency number 9-1-1, providing differentiated attention to people with hearing, speech, or hearing impairments, and/or users of Mexican Sign Language, through reporting, messaging, and video call options. This facilitates effective access to emergency services and guarantees timely support. With the implementation of this app, the municipality of Querétaro positions itself as a pioneer in digital innovation, evolving 9-1-1 from an exclusively voice-based service to an inclusive and accessible security system for the residents of the capital city of the state of Querétaro.
