DTD Screening App is a customized app used by Community Health Workers to conduct door-to-door eye screening activities across underserved communities in Mumbai. The application supports household registration, beneficiary identification, demographic data capture, mobile number, clinical examination recording, device location tracking, follow-up monitoring, and referral management. The app works offline and can be synced whenever the internet is available
