It requires a video player that displays subtitles, shows milliseconds, and can rewind or fast forward by the second or by the frame. In addition, the interface is black and the text is also black, which makes it very difficult to see.

Very basic, lacks a feature to shift time of all the lines. And the design is glitched, in dark mode I couldn't see anything cuz text was black and the background was too.
