Alis Appointments is the official app that ALIS call center customers use to view their appointments and indicators, anytime, anywhere.

Connect your dashboard with the 15-digit password provided by ALIS and instantly access everything you see on the web portal, optimized for phones and tablets.

What's in the app:

• Summary with processed contacts, scheduled appointments, and names still to be called.
• Monthly production graph, navigable with zoom and with a summary of the period.
• List of appointments by period with the same status as the portal: to be done, in progress, completed, order placed, canceled.
• Complete details of each appointment: outcome, agent report, call center notes, and address with direct access to Google Maps.
• Agent cards with reported visits, orders placed, appointments for the month, monthly average, upcoming appointments, and complete history.
• Notifications when a new appointment is scheduled: tap the notification and instantly open the appropriate card.
• Multiple dashboards on the same phone, light and dark themes, optional PIN lock.
