SpyView - See Who's Watching

SpyView is a browser extension that detects and classifies online trackers and fingerprinting scripts in real time, fully offline. See live tracker data per site, along with a full dashboard offering rich analytics, including Geo location data.

Features & Capabilities

SpyView is a privacy tool that detects, classifies, and tracks online trackers and fingerprinting scripts directly in your browser. It uses a built in tracker database to monitor real-time activity across websites, assigning a 1–5 threat score based on behavior like fingerprinting, cookie usage, and request patterns.

The extension’s popup UI displays live tracker data per tab, including domain, owner, activity duration, and threat score—while the full analytics dashboard offers advanced insights: • Detection history with timestamps • Geographic location of trackers (with a world map) • Top tracker sources by domain and service • Session, daily, monthly, and all-time stats • Real-time privacy score based on tracker severity • Full local data export (JSON)

SpyView is ongoing in development, with the current version being 1.0, feedback and reviews are greatly appreciated as I try to make SpyView a more useful and user friendly tool.
