I like the app and have used it for the last 3 years. Unfortunately I am giving it a 1 star review because of their customer service. I have been locked out of the app and the password reset link just takes me back to the main login. I have left a few service requests over the last few days and haven't even received an acknowledgement that they have received my request. As such I cannot do anything to update my team. When/if the respond finally, I will upgrade/update this review.
