Spine Align Firefox

Spine Align

By: Vincent
This extension will use your webcam to notify you if you are slouching by blurring your screen

Features & Capabilities

Slouching is extremely hard to correct because we normally don’t think about it. We unconsciously slouch over time, and it is really hard to break the cycle as slouching is usually more comfortable. Slouching has been shown to lead to long-term health complications and discomfort. Spine Align will use your webcam to notify you if you are slouching by blurring your screen. When the app deems that you are not slouching, the blur stops. The extension makes use of TensorFlow's MoveNet AI Model to do so.
