Sparrow Employee Hub

Sparrow Employee Hub is the mobile companion for Sparrow Employee Portal. Sign in with the portal your employer provides and keep shifts, timesheets, messages and workplace tasks in one place, whether you are on site or between jobs.

Connect using your organisation public Employee Portal address. The app checks that address over HTTPS, shows your employer branding, then signs you in with your usual portal account. Credentials and tokens stay in secure device storage. Each employer stays separate, so you can switch companies without mixing their information.

With Sparrow Employee Hub you can:

- See home updates, attention items and quick actions for your organisation
- Check your schedule, upcoming shifts and estimated planning pay where your employer provides it
- Fill timesheets, view invoices and billing details when Time and Billing is enabled
- Read messages and complete to dos assigned to you
- Open HR, compliance, training, fleet, Make Ready, work planner, incidents and inventory tools when your employer has turned them on
- Stay signed in across employers and refresh data when you are online
- View the last confirmed information saved on your device when you have no connection (writes stay disabled until you are back online)

Sparrow Employee Hub is for people whose organisation uses Sparrow. If you do not have an account yet, ask your employer or portal administrator.

Privacy and security: the app only talks to the Sparrow portal address you add. It does not use Firebase. Sign in uses the same Employee Portal account types your organisation already manages.
