2024-10-21	An*****	Overall its a good way to go around Limassol on the cheap, the 3day and 7day offers are good compared to other rentals. Sometimes the bikes are dirty and/or have damages like missing mirrors etc. They need a better maintenance team besides changing the batteries. What they really need is to add a 30day plan for the whole month and slightly cheaper prices per day.

2024-09-15	M.*****	the app itself works fine; it's the service that doesn't make any sense. the escooter I got didn't have a mobile phone holder (and I didn't see any with it). that makes the whole thing useless. if you're not a local well informed about all the Lisbon's one ways and so on just don't use it. it's money thrown out the window.

2024-02-23	nu*****	Cyprus,Limassol, i did not find a single helmet in the bikes. I drove a 3 minutes drive and got pulled over, submitted a support ticket to electra telling them that there are no helmets, today i got chaged 5 euro for the fine i got as well, thats what the reciept claimed. Fine handling fee.... this was 2 weeks ago! I used their service twice then and never since then.... they haven't even replied to my feedback.about.not having helmets in all of their scooters...
