GPT-SoVITS TTS Screen Reader

This plugin adds a right-click option when text is selected that will send the highlighted text to a locally hosted GPT SoVITS v2 API endpoint. It has rudimentary character and emotion management to allow for specific intonation. If you are privacy and security sensitive, you can deploy this plugin manually from the project github page. If you update the manifest.json to only allow network traffic to and from your API endpoint. It is also small enough that you could easily audit it to validate that there is no logging, and no information is being sent anywhere else.
