User Reviews
Pros
- Efficiently sorts large numbers of tabs, handling thousands of tabs smoothly.
- Sorts tabs alphabetically by URL as claimed.
- Helps reduce tab clutter and reorganize open tabs quickly.
- Provides a convenient toolbar button to trigger sorting.
- Generally reliable and works as documented.
Cons
- Incompatibility with Firefox's built-in Tab Groups feature, causing issues with grouped tabs.
- Sorting by domain is not supported; only URL-based sorting is available; domain-based sorting is a common request.
- Keyboard shortcut conflicts: ctrl-shift-o opens the Bookmarks Manager instead of sorting.
- Potential crashes or performance issues when sorting very large tab sets.
- In some setups there is no menu entry to trigger sorting, making it unusable.

Worked very good, until I started to use the new FF feature "Tab Group" (built-in, not a plugin) - "Sort Tabs" scrambles the tabs and ignores the groups.
