RG Challenge Yourself

CHALLENGE YOURSELF is an application of the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation,
developed within the framework of the "Challenge Yourself" project, co-financed by the European Union.
The project is a one-year challenge for young people and amateurs, with the aim of promoting an active lifestyle and sports participation. For 12 months, you can test your perseverance and develop new sports skills. Your mentors will be the best in the world - the Olympic rhythmic gymnastics champions from Tokyo 2020.
You can join the challenge by downloading the app and registering. There are 10 levels waiting for you, each of which includes 5 separate video lessons, as well as additional video materials.
In coherence with the spirit of sport, a competitive element is integrated in the App in order to encourage diligent performance and persistence. The progress of all participants will be assessed in real time and they will be ranked according to the number of points earned. And as in any challenge, the top achievers will be rewarded.
Each individual level will be unlocked on a regular basis throughout the year. To access them you must comply with the challenge instructions.
In addition to the videos of the training program, there will be a place for discussions, where mentors and coaches will be able to present additional useful information and tasks, and you will be able to ask your question, share an opinion or connect with the other participants in the yearlong challenge.
Don't forget to follow the events section, because within the next 12 months the Bulgarian Golden Girls will hold a series of master classes, where you will have the opportunity to meet your role models in person.
