The Ижица Chrome extension brings the full pre-revolutionary Russian keyboard to your browser. Beyond the modern Russian alphabet, it includes four historic letters excluded after the 1918 reform: yat (ѣ), fitu (ѳ), i-decimal (і), and izhitsa (ѵ). This keyboard supports capitalization and easily switches to other keyboards. Users can quickly type special letters using double presses or long holds on corresponding keys, making it ideal for scholars, linguists, and enthusiasts of historic Russian texts.
