Elternraum

The Parents' Room is the place for class or daycare group discussions.

In the regular class chat, important things get lost in the noise. The slip of paper for the field trip, the €5 for the farewell gift, who's going on Friday: it all disappears amidst the chatter. The Parents' Room keeps these things separate.

IMPORTANT
The parent representatives highlight dates, collections, and requests from the chat. Under "Important," they are all listed together, each with its status: open or completed.

CHAT
The group's regular communication. When writing, you can categorize a post, for example, as homework or something to bring in. You can find it again later under "Categories."

PRIVATE
One-on-one conversations are end-to-end encrypted. The server only stores unreadable text; we cannot read it.

DATES
What's coming up, at a glance.

MULTIPLE ROOMS
Do you have children in school and daycare? Both rooms are linked to one account.

HOW TO GET IN

The organization will create a room and give you an access code. You enter this code, along with your email address and name, when you register. You never need a password: we'll send you a six-digit code to log in.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

No advertising. No tracking. No sharing with third parties. No phone number, no address book, no location data. The servers are located in Germany, and we provide the fonts ourselves so that no request is sent to an external provider when you open the app.
