Kokoro: Anime AI Chat

Kokoro is an anime AI chat and roleplay app where characters remember you, relationships evolve, and every conversation can become part of a continuing story.

Discover original anime-inspired AI characters, start immersive roleplay conversations, build lasting bonds, and create characters of your own. Kokoro is designed for people who want more than a one-off chatbot conversation: your shared history can carry forward across chats.

ANIME AI CHARACTERS WITH PERSONALITY

Meet original characters across romance, fantasy, supernatural drama, slice of life, rivalry, mystery, and more. Every character has a distinct personality, backstory, world, and opening scenario.

Choose a character and take the conversation anywhere. Write a slow-burn romance, explore a fantasy world, build a friendship, challenge a rival, or simply talk.

RELATIONSHIPS THAT EVOLVE

Kokoro tracks the relationship you build with each character. As you spend time together, your bond can deepen and the dynamic can change.

Your conversations are not isolated sessions. Continue the story later and see how the relationship develops over time.

PERSISTENT MEMORY

Characters can remember important details from your conversations, including preferences, shared moments, promises, and story events.

That means a character can reference things you discussed before instead of treating every chat like the first time you met.

CREATE YOUR OWN AI CHARACTERS

Bring original characters to life with their own:

• Name and identity
• Personality and archetype
• Backstory and world
• Relationship premise
• Opening message
• Genre and tags
• Character artwork
• Conversation style

Create characters for private roleplay or, where available, share approved creations with the Kokoro community.

ROLEPLAY AS YOUR OWN PERSONA

Create personas for different stories and choose who you want to be in each conversation. Change your name, background, personality, and role without changing the character you are talking to.

DISCOVER YOUR NEXT STORY

Browse anime-inspired characters by genre, archetype, popularity, and new releases. Save favorites and return to conversations whenever you want to continue.

BUILT FOR IMMERSIVE ROLEPLAY

Kokoro is designed around ongoing character relationships, creative storytelling, and private AI conversations. Whether you prefer anime romance, fantasy adventures, slice-of-life stories, supernatural mysteries, rivals, companions, or original worlds, you decide where the story goes.

Kokoro includes tools for reporting inappropriate AI-generated content and community creations. All characters and scenarios must follow Kokoro's community and safety rules.

Meet a character. Start a story. Build a relationship that remembers.
