How many times you try to key info and the app doesn't respond?! i.e keyboard doesn't respond (FYI: the only app does that on my mobile!) When you ask the their representatives, you get the cheap answer from them, "update the app"...not matter what you do, you end up with the same output! There are many reasons for NOT renewing their service once my current contract ends with them! The problem still persists...
