2026-07-30	Je*****	Hello, I have downloaded your app and paid for it, but I could not get it to work. I sent an email for help and got no response. So I want to get a refund, so I contacted Google and they say I have to contact you. So I have sent you an email and still have gotten no response?? Can you please refund me since I cannot get your app to work and haven't used it! I think I got it to print 1 time but it would not stay connected. I tried several times. PLEASE REFUND ME, THANK YOU
