The schedule doesn't show now. Error says Internet issues, but there are no I problems.

Since the last update, there has been a bug that doesn't allow me to process student cancellations. When I select 'student' as the person cancelling, the field where the reason is stated doesn't appear. It only appears if you select 'teacher'. It doesn't allow me to cancel because that field is missing. I have been expecting an update to resolve this problem, but it has been long since the last update.
