CIAT

CIAT is a smartphone-based Chrome extension designed to streamline site inspection and Permission To Work (PTW) processes. It enables real-time location tracking of inspectors and PTW receivers while they fill checklists remotely, ensuring accuracy and oversight.

The tool features an ETL system that accelerates loading of checklist data from multiple cell sites into a centralized database. Users can upload real-time photographs and document various punch points directly from cell sites. Automated generation of Corrective Action Reports (CAR) simplifies incident management.

Security is enforced by allowing only authorized personnel to create checklists and manage the entire PTW process, including underground fiber work, W@H, electrical and RF energy isolation tasks. Advanced features include trend charts, dashboards, and historical data analysis, alongside real-time records of high-risk training and job activities at site locations. CIAT effectively improves safety, compliance, and operational transparency for field teams and management.
