2025-02-01	Ji*****	Quick an easy use bit of messing around at the airport as it wasn't quiet clear to me for first time doing it but entered all my receipts from disneyland paris on the app filled my details in and finding the machine at the airport was nice an simple got back on Wednesday and within 3days the money was in my PayPal

2024-11-17	Be*****	For everyone struggling with the app, don 't bother, it does not work! Use their web application on skiptax website, it works perfectly fine and we were able to go through the whole process. Works fantastic with digital or printed receipt but fails all the time on hand written receipts.

2024-09-20	Ke*****	Used the app in 2023 with no problems. Yesterday, absolutely hopeless. Unexpected prompt to photograph passport and selfie repeatedly stuck and the process failed to complete, despite successfully calculating the purchase tax I was unable to collect due to the flawed app.
