1) Create your own lists using phrases or words from real content (videos, books, articles, courses)
2) Review them at intervals that test your long-term memory (every 2 weeks)
3) Focus only on what you didn’t remember before

📚 Learning flow
1) Create lists with around 20 phrases or words
2) After 2 weeks, check how much you retained in long-term memory using a clean flashcard-style interface
3) Tap “I remember” or “I don’t remember”
4) Reveal translations only when needed
5) Continue through additional review rounds with phrases that are not yet in long-term memory
Over time, you will retain most of your phrases—without traditional memorization.
