Kniha jázd GPS

The Journey Book is a mobile application for fleet drivers. It is used to keep an electronic journey book and record vehicle costs in accordance with § 85n of the VAT Act.

IMPORTANT — THE APPLICATION IS NOT A STANDALONE
The application is intended exclusively for users of the Journey Book / Mobility hub service. It only works if your phone number has been registered by your employer's fleet manager and assigned you a vehicle. If your company does not use the Journey Book service from Mobility hub, the application will not work for you.

Logging in is simple and without a password - just a phone number and a one-time SMS code. The application does not require an email or account creation.

WHAT THE APPLICATION ENABLES
• Fueling records - date, type of fuel, amount (liters/kWh), price with VAT with automatic calculation of the base and VAT, currency and payment method.
• Photo of the document - take a photo or attach a slip to each refueling or purchase.
• Automatic document scanning (OCR) – after taking a photo, the form will fill in the form fields for you; you can check and edit the data before saving.
• Other purchases – engine oil, washer fluid, AdBlue, car wash and other purchases at the gas station (separately from fuel consumption).
• Monthly closing – speedometer and tank status at the end of the month and locking the period.
• Multiple vehicles – if you have multiple vehicles assigned, switch between them with one tap.

WHO IS IT FOR
Only for drivers of company and reference vehicles whose employer uses the Kniha Jazd / Mobility hub system. Access and vehicle assignment are set by the company's fleet manager.

PRIVACY
The application does not collect the phone's location. It only works with the phone number (for login), photos of documents and data about refueling and purchases that you enter yourself.
