MaintPlan CMMS / Maintenance

MaintPlan Mobile CMMS (MPMobile) is an on-line mobile client of the MaintPlan CMMS maintenance software. This app is suitable especially for users who prefer on-premise maintenance solution (database runs on your server and data are stored and available trough your LAN/WAN) and who need to track and manage repairs and maintenance through the mobile devices.

MPMobile main features:
• Requests - repairs, maintenance, inspections, revisions, installations or other types of requests in one place. Easy tracking of failures, downtimes and the costs of repairs or maintenance. You can trace various stages for opened requests (waiting for a spare parts, waiting for a service company, analyzing the causes of failure etc.)
• Workorders - your technicians are able to edit their work orders in real time throught the button Start / End of work in every request
• Spare Parts - you can create issues of spare parts for every request.
• Equipment - information about all devices, machinery or buildings that requires repairs or maintenance. You can view related information and history of all devices
• Technicians - List of technicians with information about their current availability. You can call them or send them an e-mail simply from your device.
• Documents - you can attach photos, videos, scatches or other types of attachments to the requests or devices.
• MyFilter - If you are responsible only for a part of your production plant or company, you can filter related requests or equipment with :myfilter parameter.

IMPORTANT:
• Some functions (maintenance planing, settings, synchronization with the server ...) are not available in this demo version, because they requires connection to the services of the main app.
• MPMobile can operate in different modes according to the profile of the user (technician, shift-leader, operator, host) - demo version has a default profile Technician.
• The application is available in Slovak, Czech and English. Other language versions may be added directly by user in the main app.
• Mobile app is free. MPMobileSync web service and valid user access account is necessary for connection on your main MaintPlan database.
