DO NOT INSTALL THIS AP !!! IT'S ADS WILL TAKE OVER YOUR PHONE LIKE MALWARE. The ads continue for days and days after the last time you used this app. The ads even continue after you power your phone off and on again. They are EXTREMELY INTRUSIVE !!!

The workouts were great, but after 24hrs with this app I could no longer stand the intrusive ads. I turned off all notifications from the app, but ads still pop up on my screen EVERY time I wake up the phone, even if I am not running the app at the time.
