📍 GPS Precision & Mapping
Many historical graves in South Africa are located in open fields or unmarked areas, most often on private land. Our app uses precise GPS coordinates to place every grave on the map, however the coordinates are never visible to public to due laws regarding protection of privacy.

📸 Offline Field Mode
Designed for the South African landscape. The app functions as a Progressive Web App (PWA), allowing you to search records when connected but also capture new data even when you have no mobile signal. Your contributions sync automatically once you are back online.

📝 Community Contribution**
Join a community of archivists. Upload photos, transcribe epitaphs, and help build the most comprehensive record of South African heritage. Every contribution is vetted to ensure accuracy.
