Now wont connect to my 3309 via bluetooth. Says device not recognised. How do I do my work now?

Although I've used this app for 5/6 years, I've found it to be a bit disjointed at times. Updates over time have improved it and the latest update including the ability to create a pdf report directly from the app is a big improvement. Although the UI is slightly clinical, it becomes clear the more its used. There should be more support for a greater number of printers rather than the two it has now.
