Smetar

There are many municipal services in Slovenia, and each utility has its own way of displaying schedules and informing about collections, which is not always the most practical. Smetor is an independent application that solves this problem by collecting the schedules of Slovenian utilities into a simple, user-friendly mobile application.

THIS APPLICATION IS NOT AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT APPLICATION AND IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION.

The application provides data from various sources:

Officially supported utilities – data is provided by individual utility companies:
- Data comes directly from utility companies
- Data is verified and comes from official sources
- For complete and up-to-date data, visit the official municipal websites
- These utilities are displayed in the application in primary color and marked with the title "Officially supported utilities"

User-added utilities – data is added by application users:
- This data is NOT verified or confirmed by utilities
- This data is for informational purposes only and is NOT OFFICIAL
- Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data
- These utilities are displayed in the application with a default color and labeled "Unofficially supported utilities"
- ALWAYS VERIFY the data with the official website of your municipality or local utility

WARNING:
While we strive to provide accurate data, we DO NOT guarantee complete accuracy, especially for user-added data (unofficially supported utilities). To verify the data, always refer to the official website of your municipality or contact them directly.

FUNCTIONALITIES:

✓ Waste collection notifications (up to 7 days in advance)
✓ Display of waste collection type (mixed municipal, mixed packaging, biological waste, paper, glass, etc.)
✓ Widgets on the home screen
✓ Notification of news from your municipality by the municipal authorities
✓ Settings (notification time, waste type colors, hiding certain types)
✓ Option to turn off notifications
✓ Automatic update of schedules after updates by the municipal authorities
