User Reviews

The app is plagued by persistent technical issues, unreliable order handling, and refunds problems, with customer service often non-responsive. Users report glitches, slow performance, damaged or wrong items, canceled orders without full refunds, and difficulty obtaining support. Positive aspects are rare in reviews; a few mentions reference a good collection or decent service, but overall experience appears very negative.

Pros

Cons

Frequent app glitches, crashes, and slow performance; many users report items not being added to cart or other features not working.
Refunds and returns problems: refunds often not received or delays after cancellations and replacements; customers report being told issues are resolved but no follow-up.
Order/delivery issues and poor customer service: wrong or damaged items delivered, extended exchange delays, automatic cancellations, and unresponsive support.
Unreliable order processing and payment issues: orders not placing or showing as 'order not found', duplicates, and misleading discount codes.

Recent reviews

I had a very bad experience with this app: It has been 1 month and they are not giving me a refund for my missing product, they are just making it up.
