hellocard™ terminal application
If you are a service provider in the hellocard™ webshop, download the terminal application! The terminal application belongs to a redemption point of the service provider. Several terminals can belong to one point, each with a separate user and password! Your technical contact will help you create a username and password that you can use to log in.

Voucher redemption
1. To redeem a voucher, press the Redeem Code button and scan the QR code of your customer's voucher.
2. You will receive a message and a sound signal about the successful redemption.
3. If a voucher has expired, is not active, or has already been redeemed once, you will receive an error message.

Transactions
1. To check previous transactions, press the Transactions button.
2. Search for the transaction by ID or date.
3. Check that the previous purchase or redemption was successful.
