SHIPOTS

The Shipots Mobile app is a field application developed for maritime companies and ship operators. It focuses on the daily operational needs of the crew: task tracking, shift scheduling, leave management, maintenance work, and certification deadlines are all managed from one place.
KEY FEATURES
• Task Management: Lists and details your assigned maintenance and operational tasks and records their completion via checklist. You will be notified instantly when a new task is assigned. • Push Notifications: Receive push notifications on your device for task assignments and important changes. Notifications will appear even if the application is closed; you can go to the relevant task details with a single touch.
• Today's Summary: Your shifts, tasks, and open requests are on the main screen; you can see your daily schedule at a glance.
• Shifts & Leaves: Screens for your personal shift calendar, creating leave requests, and tracking your past leaves.
• MLC (Maritime Labour Convention): Keep records of working hours and rest periods in accordance with MLC 2006 requirements. • Certificate Tracking: View the expiration dates of crew and equipment certificates; upcoming renewals will appear as tasks. • QR Code Entry/Exit: Scan the ship or station QR code to enter and exit work. • Offline Operation: When your internet connection is interrupted, your operations are queued on the device and automatically synchronized in the background when the connection is restored.
