Hello! I am Janka Priyankara. I am a teacher by profession. I am a graduate in Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka and a descendant of a family with a great musical history. I have the ability to play many eastern and western musical instruments as well as sing songs. Since I have enough knowledge and talent to write notations while listening to songs I thought to take an advantage of that knowledge. Accordingly I found that there is a huge shortage of notations for sinhala songs on the internet as well as on apps today. So inorder to meet that need, I created this app including the songs notations made by myself. These notations are clearly and accurately constructed for the convenience of both singers and instrument players. I honestly declare that these song notations are not quoted anywhere and were created with great effort by listening to simple single songs. In addition to the notations that are currently available in this app I hope to continue adding new song notations as per user requests and keep it updated.
