1. COCORO LISTENING service window (remote fit service)
You can receive the following remote fit services through the app.
・ Personalized
It is a service that operates the application to check hearing and the fitter creates setting data according to the check result.
・ Scene addition
It is possible to create up to 10 scenes of setting data for each usage environment (scene) such as "online meeting" and "living room".
Up to 4 can be registered in the main unit and can be switched according to the scene.
The scene setting data is created by the fitter.
・ Tuning request
It is a service that finely adjusts the setting data.
After using it for a while, you can request the content you want to adjust with respect to the current setting data with the app.
・ Video counseling
Counseling and hearing check through a video call with the fitter

You can receive the following customer support services through the app.
・ Assistant (chat)
It is directly connected through the chat between the fitter and the app.
