Features & Capabilities

Note: this extension is built for internal teams using SharePoint Online. It requires an authenticated SharePoint session in your browser and has no function outside such an environment.

SharePoint Multi-Site Lookup lets you search across multiple SharePoint lists simultaneously without leaving your current page. Enter an MCID and instantly see seller details — cohort, type, contact info, company data — pulled from all configured SharePoint sites in parallel. Results appear in a clean sidebar that stays out of your way until you need it.

Features:

  • Collapsible sidebar — full screen for your main work, slide out to look up
  • Parallel queries across all your configured SharePoint lists
  • Configurable field mappings per site
  • Cookie-based auth — no app registration, no tokens to manage
  • Keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+S or Alt+Shift+S, reassignable in browser settings)
  • Zero data leaves your browser — all queries stay within your corporate network

How it works:

  1. Click the extension icon or press the keyboard shortcut
  2. Enter an identifier (e.g. MCID)
  3. View matched results from all configured sites
