There is a charger available at my location but it doesn't release. Paid 25 for nothing. Don't download this app it doesn't even work.

Ran around 6 different "spots" trying to find the booth to return, but literally every single one either didn't exist or was closed off. What a scam, not even worth the $25 spent for deposit.

Difficult to find help on the app, requires a minimum, non refundable deposit of $20 and the service doesn't even work. Saw one last power bank and went through the hassle to pay all the charges, only for the system to glitch and declare that there are no power banks available so I have to go somewhere else (nearest kiosk is at least 5km away)
