I believe it's quite retarded to install an app in my phone just so I can scan a membership code from there. It's an utter waste of storage space.

Renewing via app is really a stressful event. Paid $20, got an email that say to link new card to app. No such options available. QR code given by Westgate n printed on receipt also useless, cannot scan & open. I tried other shops' QR code, can work, so is not my user problem. Should have read the reviews & pay $5 more to get a physical card instead. Never seen an app cork up until so jialat. Should not even deserve a star.
