2024-11-09	ba*****	This is all fraud. I bought a new phone narzo n61 from Amazon. There were a lot of problems with the phone, so I applied for a technician on the third day itself. I had bought the phone from Amazon. I could not return it to Bajaj, so I applied for a technician, their technician did it for me yesterday. After four-five days, I got it exchanged at Realme Center. Realme Center people are saying that we will not change it because you are late by a week.

What the hell. How this will test phone slowness. Ridiculous. We are looking at an app who doesn't even has single positive feedback.

I have issues with my new Redmi note 10S related to front camera, the pictures were fuzzy, but customer care asked to install this app which passed all the test. Even the technician send by Amazon agreed on poor quality and reported the same but customer care is rejecting basis of this fake app results. Very disappointed with Amazon service, it is getting risky ordering from Amazon now. 🤬🤬😠😠💢

The customer-care refused to address my issue and kept using the report of this app to justify their behavior. I want this product returned and my amount fully refunded.
