2023-11-25	Ab*****	Pathetic experience! Once you raise a claim request and the device is picked up, there's absolutely no update from their end. Their customer service team is horrible who also have no idea or tracking. They took 2 weeks to get my phone "repaired" only to find that it failed to start up after I got the delivery. Further follow-ups with Servify were painful. Eventually they asked me to visit Samsung Service center (yet to get any further information). Avoid taking Servify for additional warranty.

2023-05-29	Ka*****	This insurance was offered to me by Samsung while purchasing S22 last year at a very nominal amount. I used it this month because my phone's back glass was slightly damaged. The process took 5 days (could have been 4 days if I wouldn't have ignored servify's messages) which includes phone pickup from doorstep to delivery. The phone was returned in completely new condition. I would give more than 5 stars for the service.

Easy and hassle free process to register your claim and easy pick up and drop also available but I opted for walk in to get the device faster and it worked. Loved the overall service no need to call service centre or anywhere just go in app register your claim and your are done. Thanks

2022-07-16	No*****	It was a good service provided by the Servofy team and the experience was very good. Blazing fast return of the device and nice experience I've had for the same. One star is reduced due to no communication on picking up of the device otherwise overall it was a good experience.

2021-12-30	Pr*****	The pick and drop service was great and on time. The display of the device was broken which was fixed well. Just a small issue i faced was the panel was not completely fixed after the repairs but thats bearable.

2021-10-04	So*****	It was a very pleasant hassle-free experience. My device was collected, reparied and returned to me within a span of 10 days. The work done was really top notch and my screen was replaced perfectly. Along with that there's no hidden charges and the user interface is very well formatted and keeps the user well posted of the entire repair process.

2021-06-16	ee*****	Repair of my phone via servify app was easy n quick, it was total hassle free. I kept on getting regular updates via mail n messages. The only difficulty I faced during this Repair was,that the service center which reflected on the app was 25km away from my location. I had to travel, as I wanted to personally visit the place and then drop my phone.
