Eightfold Path

This app has recommendations for the practice of the virtues of the Noble Eightfold Path, adapted from Rudolf Steiner's observations. These are different virtues we should nurture in our selves in order to grow and get emotionally and mentally stronger.

You will be automatically shown the practice corresponding to the current day of the week, but you have access to all of them at any given time, whether by scrolling or via a menu. Each day will show you its affinities, a short poem and the exercise itself. You also have the option to listen to an audio recording of the exercise, though not (yet) of the affinities.

You can also choose to select one of the exercises and a period of 7, 14, 21 or 28 days to practice it and the app will show you that exercise when you open it instead. When the period of time you selected is over, then the app will return to normal functionality.
