Создайте бота через @BotFather в Telegram
Получите Bot Token (выглядит как 1234567890:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrsTUVwxyz)
Добавьте бота в ваш канал как администратора
Получите Chat ID канала (например, -1001234567890)
Откройте настройки расширения и введите эти данные
Нажмите правой кнопкой на любую картинку и выберите "Отправить картинку в Telegram"
